Terms of Service

- Copyright Protection: All my 3D models are protected by copyright. Redistribution of these models or any associated files is strictly prohibited, including sharing with others or uploading to websites (except as noted in rule 7).

- Credits: Do not remove my credit from the in-game menu or the avatar mesh.

- Private Uploads Only: Avatars must never be uploaded publicly. All uploads must remain private and for your personal use only.

- Asset Reuse: Reusing assets from my avatars is prohibited. All assets must be sourced directly from the original creators, credited on their respective store pages.

- Identification: You must provide your VRC name and Discord at checkout.

- Editing Permission: You are allowed to edit the avatar, but please continue to credit me as the original creator.

- Third-Party Edits: You may allow someone else to edit the avatar for you. They do not need to own the avatar, but they must delete the files once the work is completed.

- Social Media Credit: Please credit me when using my model on social media or in streams. NSFW content using my model is allowed, provided credit is given.

- Other VR Platforms: You may upload my avatars to other social VR platforms as long as they remain private and inaccessible to others.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

Due to the nature of digital products and instant file access, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing my avatars and assets, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
